Radon in air testing is available without an inspection.  Radon in air levels should be checked annually according to the Environmental Protection Agency.  Call us for more details and/or schedule an appointment for your annual testing.   

Well water testing should be done on an annual basis to check for any changes that can naturally occur in your well water. Don't forget to test your water for bacteria once a year.  Bacteria can make you and your family sick. 

Buying a REO or bank-owned property?  Make sure that all of the utilities are on before you have your home inspection.
