Other tests include carbon monoxide testing around the heating equipment (included in all inspections with natural gas or oil burning heating equipment), wood destroying insect inspections performed by a licensed exterminator arranged by our office (for your convenience), above ground ultra sound oil tank testing, and digital photos where necessary.  We recommend you contact a septic company for a septic system inspection if you are buying a home connected to a septic system.

Key Benefits

  • Making sure the home does not have unacceptable levels of carbon monoxide.
  • Making sure the home does not have any wood destroying insect activity.
  • Making sure the above ground oil tank is in good condition.
  • Making sure your septic system is in working condition and will be for years to come.
